Remmy Zen

Research Fellow in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University

My full name is Remmy Augusta Menzata Zen. I am a research fellow in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University. I am currently hosted in the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at Macquarie University. I am working under the ASCA EDT program focuses on developing optimised quantum error correction codes to address hardware noise.

My main research interest is in applying machine learning to quantum physics, in particular, and science, in general.

Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light working under the Munich Quantum Valley initiative. I received my PhD degree from the School of Computing, National University of Singapore. My dissertation topic was on transfer learning for neural-network quantum states.
